Auch in der Woche vor Weihnachten gingen zahlreiche Spiele, Konsolen und Handhelds über die japanischen Ladentische. Den Spitzenplatz der erfolgreichsten Spielesysteme sicherte sich einmal mehr der Nintendo 3DS, der insgesamt 411.272 Mal den Besitzer wechselte. Die PlayStation Vita generierte recht magere 21.266 Verkäufe. “Animal Crossing: New Leaf” sicherte sich wiederum den Spitzenrang der Spiele-Charts.
